After beginning his career with global brands including Mars and Hasbro, Jon went on to co-found CooperFaure in 2005. Since then, he has built a reputation for delivering hands-on financial leadership, commercial insight, and trusted tax advisory support. Passionate about helping start-ups and growing businesses succeed, Jon works closely with founders to provide clarity, structure, and strategic direction. Away from work, Jon enjoys travelling and sharing new food and wine experiences with friends.

Freddie Faure

Freddie Faure is a Senior Accountant and co-founder of CooperFaure, having helped establish the firm with Jon Cooper in 2005. She supports clients with accounts, tax, and business compliance, bringing a practical, organised, and reassuring approach to her work. Freddie is especially valued for her clear communication and ability to guide clients through their obligations with confidence. Alongside her technical experience, she brings strong language skills, including French, Spanish, German, and Seychellois Creole. Outside work, Freddie enjoys physical training and spending time with her two young boys.

Carly Welsh

Since joining the firm in January 2024, Carly has worked as a Project Accountant, managing Self Assessment tax returns, overseeing company accounts and Corporation Tax returns, and helping lead the firm’s transition to Making Tax Digital. Carly also supports clients with wider business and tax matters and is known for being approachable, reliable and proactive in responding to client needs. Outside of work, Carly is kept busy by two young daughters, a house full of pets and a regular habit of finding excuses to start yet another home renovation project.

Vidya has been a valued member of Cooper Faure since 2019, with expertise in Bookkeeping, Accounting, Team management, and Client relations. With nine years of prior banking experience, she brings a solid financial and customer service background to her role. She is highly regarded for her professionalism, approachable nature and commitment to client satisfaction. Known for building trust and delivering reliable support, Vidya serves as a dependable point of contact for both clients and colleagues.

Sabitha has been an integral part of CooperFaure since 2020, serving as an Accounting Assistant specialising in bookkeeping, VAT returns, and annual accounts preparation. She is highly regarded for her exceptional attention to detail and accuracy, consistently maintaining financial records to the highest standards while delivering reliable, professional, and efficient support across a large and diverse client portfolio, ensuring full compliance at every stage. She takes pride in building strong client relationships and helping businesses feel confident.

Devaki Ponnarasu

Devaki has been associated with Cooper Faure for the past six years and possesses strong expertise in bookkeeping and accounting. She is proficient in Xero and QuickBooks, which form key strengths in her role. She consistently provides prompt and accurate responses to client enquiries and serves clients with high level of efficiency and expertise. With a proactive approach, Devaki readily undertakes all assigned responsibilities with dedication, ensuring high performance and maintaining client satisfaction.

Chloe Taylor

Chloe Taylor has been part of the CooperFaure team for the past seven years as a Client Services Manager, supporting the smooth running of the firm’s day to day operations. She assists with client communication, document handling, emails, and general administrative support, ensuring matters are managed efficiently and professionally. Chloe brings a highly organised approach to her role and is a valued member of the CooperFaure team. She is also the main point of contact for clients attending the office in person. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her young family.

Robert Krasnodebski

Robert Krasnodebski is the Payroll Manager at CooperFaure, where he supports clients with accurate, timely payroll processing and day-to-day payroll compliance. With more than 20 years of payroll experience, Robert has built a reputation for delivering dependable, detail-focused payroll solutions while making even the most complex payroll matters feel straightforward and manageable for clients.As the firm’s lead payroll specialist, Robert oversees regular payroll submissions, pensions, statutory payments, and employee payroll matters, while helping businesses stay fully compliant with RTI and reporting obligations. Known for his calm, organised and approachable nature, he works closely with clients and colleagues alike to keep payroll processes running smoothly and efficiently.Outside of work, Robert enjoys travelling with his family to exotic destinations, exploring art galleries, and listening to jazz music. He is also passionate about supporting movements and organisations dedicated to preventing animal cruelty and promoting animal welfare.

Graham Coady

Graham Coady is Client & Technology Manager at CooperFaure, supporting the firm’s systems, client workflows, and day to day operational improvements. He works closely with the team to improve processes, manage technology projects, and ensure clients receive clear, efficient support. Graham brings a practical, solutions focused approach to the role, helping the firm make effective use of online tools and automation. Outside work, family is central to Graham’s life, and he also has a strong interest in music, particularly classical and flamenco guitar. He enjoys exploring how technology can support better learning, communication, and creativity.
